Gentle asana practice
poses that heal
This class begins with pranayama and chanting. We then move with great attention to alignment through a gentle asana practice - one appropriate for each of us. After the poses, we spend at least 10 minutes in savasana for final relaxation. Then for about 20 minutes Jan guides us through a Tantric meditation.
